New Club Nintendo Reward: Featured Games for August 2013

Four new games are available over at Club Nintendo, waiting for members to spend their hard earned coins on throughout the month of August 2013. (3DS, Nintendo DS, Wii, Wii U)

Hm. Sudoku is actually pretty tempting... even though my wife owns a different version on HER 3DS.

I'm thinking about the Sudoku, as well, but I'm also looking at Mario Golf. Not sure what to get yet.

K, how do i register this stuff ?

Seems I'm missing out. Had a 3DS since last June, bought games, didn't really know about this club nintendo stuff until a few months ago.

Can I retroactively get points for past games I've already bought ?

Yes, you can. If you still have your game cases and everything that was inside them, then you will always find a paper with a Club Nintendo Code on all of Nintendo published games and hardware.

Just follow the steps on those papers and you will be fine. First one, of course, is to set up a Club Nintendo account.

Yea just did. Have 240 points now, although I returned some games earlier in year that I hadn't used codes for which I'm kind of regretting now. lol

O well, the real prize is the 3DS itself and the DS/3DS games I can play on it.

Its what I did. I put in games I got years ago and got most if not all of the original point values given to them on over half my games. I was platinum a couple of days after creating an account.

It's a good game. I recommend it.

I've probably spent a good 30 hours on it and have only done 70% of the puzzles so far. It's the only eShop game I keep coming back to.

oh my. could they have picked any less appealing vc games for the wii? i mean come on now.

Agreed. I'm interested in Wario's Woods, but not enough to spend Coins on it.

Other than GBC mario golf which is freakin fantastic. I think I'll keep savin my coins for a gold nunchuck if that ever becomes available again.

I strongly recommend the GBC Mario Golf. It's the perfect portable game. Addicting as hell, very pick up and play friendly, and it has an RPG-esque character progression system, which adds depth. I bought this game pretty much immediately when it came to the VC. Easily worth the 150 coins.

I need 5 more coins, when I get em, I'll most likely get the game. You make it sound really... awesome!

It really is a great game. Definitely my favorite Mario Golf title.

It sucks that when something really worth the coins pops up, it's a game I already have lol.

lol, I've had that happen to me before. Though, I have managed to get Metroid II and Donkey Kong. This, this will probably be next.
