The 5 Best GTA IV Mods To Keep You Busy Until GTA V

With GTA V not out for another 2 months Ruaidhri has looked into the odd world of GTA IV modding, here are here suggestions of ones to try out! (Grand Theft Auto IV, PC)

Honestly with graphical mod and other kinds of mods GTA V is not even a needed purchase lol well only for the PC counterparts of course if its consoles its different.

Why is it not needed? Brand new story, brand new characters, more things to do and a much bigger map to play around it. GTA V has so much more variety than GTA IV

i'm seriously not interested by GTA5. i'll wait to see if a next gen version comes out at some point. In the meantime, i'll be busy playin Killzone Vita and of course PS4. Watch Dogs seems great as a next gen open world game

On the PC version of GTA IV you can have map mods as much as you want. As for more things to do comparing to the PC version of GTA IV no I disagree. Anything you do on GTA V like riding a jet or submarine can be done with mods on GTA IV. Im mainly getting GTA V for the diverse in characters and story but as for gameplay reasons and graphical reasons on the PC version of IV it's unlimited. And besides when I said it's not needed, I wasn't actually serious about that, it was just to praise the mods being created for GTA IV. GTA IV by itself is an ugly game and the story and gameplay is completely bland and boring but its a whole different level on the PC version. I'm playing as iron man and the Hulk on GTA IV with the latest graphical mod, and I tell you Im having plenty of fun lol

GTA4 was poor imo.

Overrated, graphics are nice with mods.

But that's all.

Horse mod? Piano mod? LOL???

Nah, they should have listed more inventive mods:

You want realism and cool driving? Download the Forza/Gran Turismo cars of your choice and race to your heart's content.

You want some really trippy adventures? Get the Back to the Future mod with the updated flying time travel. That still blows my mind and I have no idea how they did that.

Also make sure you get the updated one that allows you to travel to Red Dead Redemption. Still mind blowing.

If you like Fast & Furious get the Vin Diesel mod and then get the Charger and go buck wild.

If you like zombies I would suggest Left 4 Liberty, which I played a lot since it's like Left 4 Dead but in GTA. Unbelievable fun.

Also, Carpocalypse is also pretty cool, especially in multiplayer.

I would love to see icenhacer mod but I cannot get GTAIV to work anymore. I get some stupid error (seculauncher 2000 error) I have tryed pretty much everything kind of upseting
