It should be 5 v 5 with Batman and Robin making it 12

People that are good with Batman & Robin will easily destroy the other teams if there is only 3 guys to worry about on both sides and they can zip around everywhere in the shadows

Reminds me of Hunter Mode from Crysis 3 but with a twist

Hmm.. this game just got more interesting..

Its been interesting for me since I heard they were making another Batman game. If you have ever played any of the Arkham Asylum or Arkham City, I think you feel the same way.

That does look cool. Might have to give that a shot.

So Spies vs Mercs... with Batman.

I don't know what to make of this. Could be fun. Could be complete one-sided garbage.

"Frag out" very original
Buljo  +   427d ago
Wow, I didn't think they'd actually be able to pull something like this off.

But this looks absolutely FANTASTIC!

that put a smile on my face

"Splash Damage have been brought into the mix.

Known for plying their trade in the online space, the creators of Brink have been recruited for two specific purposes. The first, as just mentioned, is to bring experience to aspects of the Arkham titles that have never been touched on previously. The second is to ensure no resources are taken away from the single-player game. With Warner Bros. Montreal taking on the difficult task of replicating Rocksteady's critically acclaimed work - and even with all the tools and resources it's not as if anyone can ensure they'll produce the same magic - the decision was made to make the multiplayer side of the next Batman its own entity, even if it comes on the same disc."

the above article is interesting

Are you joking...the one game which didn't need multiplayer

For goodness sake...single player games are dying :|

Done by a different dev , it wont wreck the game [:

Brink dev.... not much there to be proud of.

But the concept so far sounds great.

I was gonna cry foul...but when I saw Batman and Robin I was like yes this is what I want.

Looks cool and I'll probably end up trying the online, even though I rarely play online unless its a fighting/sport game.

i cant help but scream BIOSHOCK! Here... i mean seriously some game franchises dont need MP, and honestly i dont want it... it looks simliar to splinter cell which also IMO went down hill when it added the MP stuff... almost want this to tank like bioshock 2 did and they go back to focusing on the important parts of the game I.E. single player only... just my opinion tho

To be honest, i prefer this over those challenge mission or whatever they were called.

If the main story is just as good as Asylum or City, this shouldn't be a problema, in fact, it might be good.

I thought the same with The Last of Us and the multiplayer ended up being quite fun.

There we go. I was actually hoping for multiplayer on Batman Arkham City if it was like the fake leaks were saying: open world, heroes against villains which were doing crimes over the city, calling attention to them. Something like the open world of Red Dead Redemption in online mode, but with more substance.

But no. They have to go the easy way: take a open world game and do anooooooother corridor and small rooms and maps multiplayer.

Nice, I hope everybody loves the ridiculously small maps from Call of Duty. That's what is being put into this travesty multiplayer.

Not only lame, but a missed opportunity as well.

"But but but, you can see the bat gliding in an open area". Yeah, sooo open.
