Ultra Street Fighter IV Aims to Make “Everybody a Threat”

Like in all fighting games, Super Street Fighter IV also features a series of tier characters. Some are considered high tier and hence are deadly in the right hands, while others are low and in the fighting circles are said to be of no good. (PC, PS3, Ultra Street Fighter IV, Xbox 360)

I still play the original Street Fighter IV. Honestly, pretty much every character in that game can be a threat. I would call it one of the most balanced fighting games I've ever played. It's all dependent on the player's skill and experience, really.
