Look, Nintendo, here's how you can keep your hardware business and also profit from iOS devices

Digitally Downloaded writes: "I think it's about time investors, the analysts and the media moved from asking Nintendo why it's not participating in the industry growth sector that is mobile and tablet gaming. The question needs to be shifted to "prove that you can't do it." The technology is there, there are clear case studies of mobile strategies working, and the only thing that seems to be keeping Nintendo away from a smartphone play is its own stubbornness." (Industry, Nintendo)

Mobile games have devalued games overall, sure it reaches more people, but the quality of those games have declined.

Look at what happened to Square Enix and the Final Fantasy brand, does All The Bravest ring a bell?

Bad article, this Matt Sainsbury doesn't seem to comprehend that releasing games on iOS will hurt Nintendo's hardware sales.

tldr; this guy has his head up his ass and doesn't understand that Nintendo's greatest strength is its independence.

If Nintendo games end up on iOS then I'll quit gaming for sure! Even if Nintendo left console gaming they still have 3ds that just won't stop selling.

Even it where just the classics NES/SNES? Personally i'd be ok with this ;)
