Blizzard Entertainment Steampunk Game?

Blizzplanet was alerted of a SteelSeries and J!NX partnership to giveaway two BlizzCon 2013 tickets with flight and hotel accommodations covered.

However, a third partner in this giveaway is the League of S.T.E.A.M which is making a free Cosplay disguise for the winners to wear at BlizzCon.

Blizzplanet finds extremely odd to see two Blizzard licensed partners teaming up with a third-party group that's not related to Blizzard Entertainment video games in any way. Especially a Steampunk community.

Blizzard Entertainment is currently developing a Next-Gen MMO codenamed Titan and a second unannounced MMO that has stayed below the radar for a couple of years.

Are SteelSeries and JINX subtly hinting at a new video game announcement at BlizzCon? (Blizzard Entertainment, BlizzCon 2013, PC)
