Sonic Lost World will be cheaper on the eShop, at least in Japan

Sonic Lost World will be available at retail and on the eShop. If you live in Japan and opt for the latter, you can purchase the game at a discount. (3DS, eShop, Sonic: Lost World, Wii U)

Hopefully NoA decides to give us a discount over here to us westerners

Hold up, isn't that a Sega decision? Or am I missing something here?

It should be a SEGA decision.. Nintendo only takes a cut of whatever SEGA puts up
I think Nintendo's licensing for retail games is $10.

Sega might be doing this only for Japan because they feel it wont sell very well in Japan. Sega knows westerners love Sonic games, so the same deal might not arrive here.

That's what everyone's supposed to be doing. Making digital games cheaper than retail. Vita and 3DS already do it.

Hopefully ps4 goes there as well.

It won't. Handheld games are cheaper than home console games and PS4 will be in the expensive end just like it always has been.
