An image of an alleged Xbox One devkit has appeared online.

The picture shows a white Xbox One similar in design to the retail model, and - judging by comments from a "confirmed XB1 dev" - appears to be legit.

And the PS4 Dev kit looks like a clapped out old 1995 PC base.

Xbox One Dev kit looks slick compared to this:

Ha it's the Apple iBox One.

Good that final hardware is shipping to devs in a basic approximation of the chassis.

Either that or it's Ben Hecks next project - a PS3 inside an Xbox One - a PSOne if you will Lol. Oh the irony if ever made. Ben if you read this please make it so.

Can I have one please?

white doesn't fair well, but now it justifies the word "bone" is XBone.

I think black is best.

want!!!! i like it cuz its loud its gunna be interesting to see the special edition xbox One's like the Halo or Gears kind...etc.

I've always had an interest in special edition consoles. I find it odd that Sony has never been keen on making special edition consoles, at least to the same degree that Microsoft does, when their user base is made of mostly care gamers.

It gives each consumer/gamer a sense of uniqueness and personality. Microsoft goes as far as to customize both the console and the controller. The Halo 4 Special Edition was sweet.

I hope to see more of the same with both consoles. I think they could both use some extra flair.

Apple has finally announced the Ibox One

No_Limit1522d ago (Edited 1522d ago )

Nope, if Apple were to announced a gaming system, it would have no disc drive, the height will be thinner than a #2 pencil, will cover up the 'made in China" part and posting it on small print as "Assembled in Cupertino".

This is definitely a MS product.

Someone clearly didn't understand sarcasm lol

It would also cost £3000 and be outdated by a newer version in under a year ;)
