Pro gamers are pulling in six figures and living in mansions called Gaming Houses.

Jesus.

Where do i sign up?

No, no. The VAST majority of pro-gamers don't make anywhere near that, and in fact many do not make enough money to support themselves on a pro-gaming salary alone.

Plus to make the big bucks, it takes an unbelievable level of commitment and skill...like...unbelievable commitment, man.

like poopsock commitment?

Oh, you don't have to be a pro-gamer to utilize the natural fecal-storing properties of the common household sock.

No sir...I would wager you don't have to be a pro-gamer at all.

Never thought I'd be into watching other people play games... but the LCS (League Championship Series) is damn fun to watch.

Sounds extremely boring, I like variety and have a number of PC games I'm playing currently.

I sold my soul last summer to dark souls. What a journey it has been which led me to demolish 2 of my controllers, lots of nervous breakdowns but I never raged quit.Never regretted it,it was definitely worth it.I am currently playing Deus Ex HR for this summer and TLOU.What an awesome rpg I hated mass effect, liked the feel of crysis only, and was bored with batman AC but rlly loved the story,DS is like a mix of them all plus augs and machines.I am very tempted to buy skyrim goty edition but i'll probably not and wait for DSII and the third witcher next year.

Pro... Gamer...

... no, can't say those words together without laughing uncontrollably. Getting paid to basically do what I do on my day off.

So people play baseball on their time off.

I guess according to your logic, they can't be "pro" either because people do it on their time off.
Enigma_2099  +   455d ago
... these guys play baseball?

Look, DON'T try to lump these guys in with REAL pro gamers. It don't work that way.
