Soulcalibur IV Programmer Is Soulcalibur Series’ New Producer

At the San Digeo Comic-Con this past week, Namco Bandai announced Soulcalibur 2 HD Online for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game is slated for release this fall and will include Tekken’s Heihachi, who was in the PS2 version of Soulcalibur 2. (PS3, Soulcalibur 2 HD Online, Xbox 360)

Game Programming is as Important as Game Designing.

Hope this reduce game design restriction, and unleash new Gameplay and Graphics for Soul Calibur.

Everybody on the team depends on the programmer. They are one of the most paid, and the heart of the team.

I wonder if we'll ever see a Soul Calibur 6? :/

Soul calibur 5 had solid sales so i guess we would see a 6th game, not to mention namco made a new trademark for a new soul calibur.

If they bring us another entry, I really hope they bring back all the characters from 4 that weren't in 5.

I hope the new producer is a fan of single-player fighting games and unlocking weapons the old-fashioned way, because I sure am, and Soul Calibur used to be that... *sob*

Dunno how i feel about that yet , on one hand , it's still a member of the team in charge , on the other hand SC4 was my least favorite SC game .

The gameplay just wasnt good , and the characters were utterly broken while modes had more content

I'd love it if they returned to their roots & made another Soul Calibur like Soul Edge, I loved that game.
