The Wonderful 101 Plagued by Trademark Issues

Documents that have recently surfaced from the US Patent and Trademark Office revolve around a dispute about The Wonderful 101 in the US. (The Wonderful 101, Wii U)

I guess something will have to change. I personally think the game looks great/fun, but have never really liked the name. I mean Wonderful 101 is a better name than Wii U, but I still don't care for it. :)

How is "The Wonderful 101" confusing with some unknown "The 101". Even abbreviated by developers they call The Wonderful 101 "W101"....ugh copyright laws have to be one of the worst things in the world. Had to take a class about them once and it was just a complete mess because of how easily they can be twisted and turned and contradicted. The whole system needs to be reexamined in my opinion. Hope this doesn't delay the game

This is bullshit. I love the title.
