Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus Listed for PlayStation Vita by Amazon, Given Nov 4th Release Date

Following Amazon correctly leaking Angry Birds Star Wars for handhelds and consoles, we’re hoping that retailer lightning strikes twice with this latest possible leak. - PSLS (PS Vita, PS3, Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus)

Cross buy and its a day 1 buy. Im just glad Brian Allgeier is directing this one no more bad all 4 one and that tower defense game.

Sony should try and steal him away from Insomniac then put together a third team at Naughty dog and make Jak 4.

i actually liked a4o but maybe because i got it for free with + haha. but yeah full frontal assault didnt even look fun on the vita. and jak 4. at first i was like nah it wouldnt work but just thinking about it excites me!
majiebeast  +   431d ago
Got it free with + as well still think it was bad except for being able to play Nefarious and Captain Qwark.

A4O is a good game and I love it! played the hell out of it and still did even after I Platinum it. great coop game with good story to boot. what other good 4 player coop platformer out there? not many and A4O has the balance between competitive and cooperative type multiplayer which is great imo. you compete for bolts but have to cooperate for puzzles which is fun.

FFA is decent imo but the Vita port is terrible to look at and seemed rushed! I hope the Vita version for Into the Nexus is a real deal and it's not BAD as the FFA one!

I hope this is true. These HD ports have been pretty piss poor lately. It will be awesome to get a new one for the Vita.

Please be real..

They'll probably announce the PS Vita version at Gamescom.

I definitely think this an early leak, but very excited non the less.

I'm going to get it no matter what the date is! I hope it runs better on Vita (edit: if true, ofc) than Jak & Daxter and Full Frontal Assault.

Even Sly 4 ran at 30fps on the Vita and 60 on the PS3, it was disappointing. Only good port has been All-Stars.
badz149  +   431d ago
what? Sly 4 on the Vita is just fine. it plays smoothly and still feel like its PS3 version. no question about All-Stars being a great port as well but can't say the same about FFA!
Goro  +   431d ago
I really hope it won't be as bad of a port as FFA/Q-Force

"Do you hope that Into the Nexus comes to PlayStation Vita? Let us know in the comments below."

If it works well, sure. If it performs badly like the Jak portable remasters then it's a waste.

The ports were handled by other developers was the problem and they did a poor job.

That is why this is good news because it will be made by the developers who makes these games not passed off to someone else to work on. I can't make any big promises but it should turn out better than most these ports that is for sure.

Another thing that people don't really think about is porting a game from a previous system that the PS Vita was not even meant to play games from is another issue.

People don't understand that emulation (backwards compatibility) is not easy to achieve. Even PC's have a hard time properly emulating older games from consoles even really old consoles like N64 or the PS1. I kind of knew ports on the Vita would have some trouble in some cases. It isn't an excuse for those ports par say just something to keep in mind that this will not be emulated on the PS Vita.

It will be an actual game made specifically for it. That should make all the difference.

If it is true that is.

As long as its not ike the FFA port...thats port was pure crap!

If its a good port I'm in! I don't think I will be playing much PS3 (after Puppeteer) and somehow I can't love the Sly series....

After what happend to the Jak and Daxter collection for Vita...I gotta wait.

But I do want!!!
