Most Anticipated Games for the Rest of 2013

SuperPhillip Central writes, "We've reached the halfway point of 2013, and already we've been delighted with some fantastic titles. The rest of 2013 is absolutely packed with compelling games all competing for your hard earned dollars. We here at SuperPhillip Central have come up with a list of 18 games that have our gaming thumbs twitching in anticipation just thinking about playing them. After we're finished listing ours, why not mention which games interest you most?" (3DS, Batman: Arkham Origins, Gran Turismo 6, Grand Theft Auto V, Killzone: Shadow Fall, PC, PS3, PS4, Saints Row 4, Watch Dogs, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

For me: GTAV, Forza 5, Battlefiled 4, Project Spark, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct

What a fail article, not a single Xbox game there and they make half their list WiiU games.

GTAV, Watch Dogs, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, Ryse!

Two of those are on the list, and a lot of the multi games (in fact all of them) are available on the Xbox 360 and some on the Xbox One.

If you're upset because there are no exclusives, then that is your prerogative. Just don't think we need to include QTE: The Game to justify our list to you.

@Phil32. Someone can't take constructive criticism. How do you not put Halo 5, Forza 5, or Dead Rising 3 anywhere on that list? All those games are huge forthe Xbox 1. It's your list and I respect your opinion, but it looked a little strange to not even throw one of those three great games on that list.

Don't know how they forgot to mention Beyond: Two Souls but that's on my list. As well as GTA V, and Watch Dogs.

GTA V "gameplay" video was obviously faked and/or running on PC.

I bet the game is gonna look like utter sh1t.

Just like GTA IV, visually appalling on consoles.

As much as I dont want to admit it, I think you're right. That 15 min gameplay had zero screen tearing and really fluid animations and frame rates. For the size and scope of the game together with all the assets needed to run the city and AI, I cannot see current consoles duplicating what we saw in the video.

Rockstar confirmed it was on ps3.. didn't you see the ps3 controls in the gameplay... SMH.
JohnCartenper  +   517d ago
Have you ever heard of hooking up a PS3 gamepad to your pc?
When you do that in Gt4 it shows ps3 controls too

Lol I'm looking at the screens, they look almost as fake as Uncharted's promo screens.

No aliasing? DOF? HDR? High res textures? Good viewing distance?
Do they think we're complete morons?

The author should have renamed the article "My most anticipated games of 2013"

My own would be

Ryse
Forza 5
Killer Instinct
Project Spark
Dead Rising 3
Watchdogs

Maybe Battlefield 4 or COD Ghost

where the author gets off thinking everybody else thinks the same, or that their list is the definitive list of most anticipated games due out this year is beyond me.

Though it does have mulitplat titles we can clearly see that the author loves Playstation and Nintendo and dislikes xbox altogther.

Which is fine if they wouldn't use such a presumptuous title.

what do you think you are doing!? you better add GTAV on that list if you know whats good for you!
ma1asiah  +   517d ago
If it was coming to a next gen console maybe but since I am pretty certain it isn't then sorry dude I am going to have to pass.
Xof  +   517d ago
...No, he shouldn't have renamed it. That the list is the author's personal opinion is... implicit to the fact that he's the author. If you read that headline and thought you were going to see a list of YOUR most anticipated games, you've clearly go either some very serious reading comprehension issues, or an ego the size of Olympus Mons.
greenlantern2814  +   517d ago
While it doesn't say in the title "my" most anticipated games when you start reading he does say our and we. Then invites you to list yours, so I am not sure why people are mad.
Then some of you list halo 5 as yours which isn't coming out in 2013, but what ever.
Beyond: 2 souls
Watchdogs
KZSF
Batman origins
Splinter cell
Are mine
