Johnny Gat is Alive and Well in Saints Row IV

Regardless of what you were led to believe in Saints Row: The Third, Johnny Gat appears to be alive in well in the latest installment of the fan-favorite franchise. Charles from The Game Fanatics provides you with a link to this prediction of ours from last year, and solicits your comment and opinions. (PC, PS3, Saints Row 4, Xbox)

Who didn't know this?

Considering the simulation aspect of the game, anything is possible.

This is dumb. I hated that they killed him off but how can they just bring him back; they had a whole funeral level in the last game.

You haven't been keeping up with SR4's plot, have you? You're in a virtual simulation. It isn't the REAL Gat, so much as a visual program modeled after the Boss' memories of Gat. He is Gat, just not the same Gat unless my assumption is wrong and they plugged his brain up to a computer. Alien Tech is a Deus Ex Machina.

ohh okay thanks for the clarification and im glad it was done that way.
The SR3 DLC explains how they brought him back. Though with SR4 it's different because of the virtual reality world that you get put in.

Saw that coming 2 miles away. They probably because of the mess they did with the whole off screen kill incident.

They had the "zombie" homie Johnny Gat you could call into action in part 3. I'm sure they got a scientist to bring him back to life.

At the very least, Gat was unkillable until part 3.

He's most likely not actually alive but part of the nightmare realm or the simulation.
