Urban Trial Freestyle - 3DS Download Review | Wiiloveit

"Choice played little role when early games could only convey perspective in less glitzy fashions. Yet nowadays, we still see similar styles being adopted (with more advanced splashes, mind you) -- not for reasons of technical limitation, but as an intentional lens. 2.5D, which came as a response to the gradual deviation from the 2D perspective, is one of the modern approaches game designers use to breathe life into gameplay rooted along a linear plane, and this is precisely what drives Urban Trial Freestyle." -- Wiiloveit.com (3DS, Urban Trial Freestyle) 73/100

I'm not into this "Elastomania" kind of games, but UTF surprised me. Mostly by its cleverly designed apocalyptic backgrounds that add to overall dynamics of the game. I liked the big explosions an destructions that sometimes affect the main track. It was really spectacular. I thought, that I'll just play through some levels, but ended up completing the game. Even without getting 100/100 on every level it still was fun and worth its price.
I played the game on a PSV and advise to give it a chance. From start to the end it's nice and decent game that perfectly fits for handheld format.
