Will a Cross-Platform System Ruin ESO?

One of the big concerns for ESO is whether or not the addition of a cross-platform system will cause an unfair advantage from one platform to another. Since PC Gamers are going to have access to their mouse and a full keyboard, it is a valid concern that the maintaining your abilities would be much easier on a PC than it would be on a PS4 or Xbox One. (PC, PS4, The Elder Scrolls Online, Xbox One)
