MWEB GameZone Review: The Walking Dead: 400 Days

MWEB GameZone guest writer, Tauriq Moosa, reviews The Wlakind Dead 400 Days. He delves into the psychological effects the story has on the player.

"Jagged and shattered, what we see are human stories, not “mere” video game distractions."

“things could’ve been different” <-- I agree with you, the power of TWD series lies in how it makes the player doubt his/her own decisions. This also caused the game to become excruciatingly personal. We justify our game decisions in the end by saying we had to survive, all our high ideals, morals and ethics were flung aside in the face of survival. I am so happy to read that #400Days holds the same painful experience.

Good review. I love games that make you sit there and contemplate your choices before going through.

Great review, which reminds me, I still need to the original TWD - I got it on the Humble bundle a couple of months back, so many great games to play these days!

All of those for only $12!? That is an insane deal. Reminds me of why I am going to build a gaming PC over the summer. I have nearly all of those games on PSN and they are great. Going to finally start Game of Thrones in a hour or two.
