Research can show almost anything you want it to. Not that i don't think Videogames can be good for you.

The mainstream media is idiotic and ignorant on so many levels and topics.

Video gaming is not one of its strong points and I can understand why games can be good for you.

- Hand to eye co-ordination
- problem solving
- reaction speeds
- multitasking
- etc etc

Twitch based games like quake and unreal help me react more quickly. Games like ddr ( on the phone and in arcades) improve my coordination of my hands, legs and feet. Games like battlefield helps me understand physics in the real world ( knowing the rate a rocket drops isn't really helpful irl lol) alot of games make me think outside the box( that difficult puzzel or part that makes us think for a hour.) Games are good for ya.
