Pikmin 3: More Fun Than a Barrel of Pikmin

Gi - Pikmin 3 is a real time strategy game for the Wii U. It is played offline as a single or multiplayer co-op. Pikmin 3 was scheduled as a launch title for the Wii U system in 2012. But after some delays, the game will finally be released on August 4, 2013. The story’s main character is Captain Olimar who crash-lands on an earth-like planet. He investigates the area and meets the “Pikmin”. Captain Olimar figures out that he can use the pikmin to collect objects to repair his starship. By using items like shoes, teapots and bottle caps for coins to get back into space. Since the first game, the original pikmin characters are three colors: blue, red and yellow. The blue pikmin are resistant to water, red are resistant to fire and yellow are resistant to electric elements. (Pikmin 3, Wii U)

I've never played a pikmin game before but I have this on pre order and it looks a very fun and interesting game. I can't wait to get my hands on it.
