Holy crap.

That looks amazing. And he said it would look even better....... daym.

The dynamic shadowing on those trees makes me weak in the knees. And the textures on the buildings, the draw distances.... nevermind the cars.

Phenomenal. Every time I see gameplay for any game, I'm finding harder to stick to my "wait till christmas" plan... harumf.

Starting to think that this is the generation where I cave get an expensive wheel.

Not free. It's a demo version. Drive Club looked horrible as described by Digital Foundry. 30 FPS. Yuck.!

" 30 FPS. Yuck.!"

But they did say that they are aiming for 60FPS so why dont we let them finish the game first before claiming that its 30FPS.

http://www.pushsquare.com/n...

"game director Col Rodgers explained that the team is “aiming” for 60 frames-per-second, but that it “isn’t making any promises right now”. "

Edit: I believe that they are rushing the game to be a launch title for the PS4 because at e3 they claimed it was only 35% complete and they stated that in the future they will patch the weather effects in. Hopefully the game comes out decent but i expect much more from Polyphonic Digital (even though they dont make this game they are famous for the Gran Turismo titles.)

@Justastranger

The PS+ version is exactly the same as retail (60 fps, 1080 p) but witha few less tracks/cars. It's also cheaper to upgrade to full game from there on.

I didn't know that. Interesting, they are doing it like XB1 is doing Killer Instinct. Fighting vs Racing.

Only on Playstation 4

All worries have been quelled. :)
i said it then, im saying it now. Driveclub is graphically superior to Forza 5 and Project cars.

Its looking nice already and the interviewee said that at E3 they showed an earlier build of the game. This video seems like the game is running on a newer build, as it looks cleaner and sharper with the guy saying the finished product will look unbelievable!

Can't wait to download this game for free on PS Plus on launch day.
