Why Grand Theft Auto 5 has to be a comedy

EuroGamer: "Comedy, according to Martin Amis, is the only genre left standing. Faced with the kind of world we live in, history and tragedy just won't cut it any more.

He was talking specifically about novels, of course, but I think the same is true for open-world games. People used to regularly bemoan the fact that games, by and large, rarely make you laugh, but open-worlders have the opposite problem - they have trouble giving you time to dry your eyes and regulate your breathing so they can make you do anything else.

This is why Grand Theft Auto 5 was always going to work best as a comedy, and why, when I watched yesterday's gameplay reveal, I was delighted by just how good a comedy it might be." (Grand Theft Auto V, PS3, Xbox 360)

I can tell that this GTA V will be the most amazing of all time just by seing yesterday trailer.

GTA SAN ANDREAS + GTA IV = GTA V

This calculation has more sense that you can actually conclude.

If anything it seems more like GTA San Andreas + Red Dead Redemption = GTAV seeing as there is animals this time and the engine just looks very similar to the way Red Dead looks

Probably the kept same rendered models. Or because the animals didn't evolve that much in 100 years.

Nah, it's more like GTA SA + GTA 4 + RDR + Max Payne = GTA V.

Gta4 tried to be serious but it can't because the premise is about a FOB that comes to america and crashes cars into everything and everyone on his way to be everyone's bitch and deliveryboy. And go to the internet cafe to check his email lol.
