Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn PS3 Collector’s Edition Sold Out on Most US Retailers

From what can be seen by the massive number of beta registrations Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has generated quite some hype, but how is it actually selling? While no numbers have been released at least the PS3 Collector’s Edition seems to be selling very well. (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, PC, PS3, PS4)

NICE! I will also get the PS3 CE version since I already have original CE for PC. I hope this game succeeds to prove that P2P is not dead. I've never got into F2P games at least not for long.

The only Final Fantasy I played was 13. and I didn't finish it, somehow I didn't get into it. Can anyone tell me if I'm just not a turn based type of guy or what?
