Dark Souls 2 Preview | The Controller Online

The Controller Online writes: "Recent demo footage of From Software’s upcoming follow-up, Dark Souls 2, suggested to some that this new entry in the series would be going back to a more linear, level-based, format like that of Demon’s Souls. Today we found out that this would not be the case. In fact, we were assured that the opposite is true." (Dark Souls 2, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

So I can just simply get fucked up at start and die More, just like I did At catacombs.

I love it~ I am gonna start the game halfway then. Parry Riposte FTW.

What if you can't parry all the enemies?

I never used parry on my first playthough in Dark Souls, except after my many failed attempts on the final boss.
