First-person scifi horror game Routine gets an Alpha gameplay trailer

Indie studio Lunar Software have issued the gameplay debut trailer for Routine, their non-linear first-person horror exploration game set on an abandoned Moon base that (hopefully) arrives sometime this year on the PC and Mac. Players will investigate the reason behind the disappearance of the desolate station’s inhabitants, with the emphasis on exploration, hiding and survival ensuring tension-filled gameplay. (PC, routine)

Very atmospheric and a bit creepy. Nice job considering its a four-person dev team.

A bit ??? I thought that was terrifying lol. I'm easily scared. It looks like the game Alien : Colonial Marines SHOULD have been. I'm looking forward to playing this, in the dark.

Confirmed: Even an indie game in Alpha stage outperforms Aliens:CM.
It makes Dead Space look like childs play.

Why do we need publishers anyway? They ruin games.

Cause they make developers lots of money. Routine looks great, hopefully they can build on amnesias / condemneds non standard gameplsy.

Looks like Amnesia in space...which is probably the best compliment I could have given it.

That looks awesome.

Don't forget a decent headset and the Oculus Rift :)

While not scary in anyway what so ever. It did have an awesome System Shock theme going on with it. It looks like it could be a really cool game. Also this might be the closest thing to a System Shock game will we see in a very long time, Bioshock just didn't do much for me, especially Infinite.
