You could say the same about every single other series of games from any publisher. At least Nintendo always deliver a polished, quality experience.

I agree. I don't think Nintendo have ever given is a bad Mario kart plus they only do one each console. Looking at the slow motion of 8 you can really see the detail of this game. I really can't wait to get this game the only karting game to come close to the Mario kart games are the sonic all star racing games but they still lack the fun Mario kart has.

I rather they stick with the classic mario kart formula and updated graphics then "innovate" and change the whole thing up. the game is good as it is.

Nintendo in terms of innovation has been lacking and it does seem like they are playing it safe...especially now with the Wii.U sort of in the crapper.

But I do agree that at least their games are polished and almost NEVER need to be patched after release. Thats something that is respectable on it's own, I do really enjoy that the mechanics work well out of box and the game plays exactly as described.

I do wish that Nintendo should make a little bit of an effort for their hard core and older fans...their games seem to be way to easy lately...All mario games I blaze through them collect 50+ lives...

Also I was extremely disappointed with the Donkey Kong 3Ds port:( I was waiting a long time to play the game on the go and the game had serious lag issues and input issues because of the reduction to 30 fps.

All nintendo games should be played at 60 fps and 90% do:) Thats the way games should be played!

Oh for a second there I though you were talking about Gran Turismo. LOL

Gran Turismo is a respected simulation game, you can't really innovate real life anymore than it is:P

I do wish it had more a sense of speed though:P
