BattleBlock Theater Review | RealGamerNewz

Garet of RealGamerNewz writes, "Final Verdict: Overall, I highly recommend this game to anybody of all ages. The game is simply enjoyable. It’s how a games should be. Considering how much fun will you have with this game, 15 bucks is a great deal. Some games will run you 60 and only give you 8 hours of gameplay. I easily already have 15 in this game and plan to play more. RealGamerNewz awards this game a solid 9.5 out of 10 and rates it as a Platinum Game in the RGN Ratings system. You can’t go wrong with BattleBlock Theater. The only reason that I didn’t give this game a perfect score is because it is really meant to be played in co-op, and some people just don’t have any friends to play it with. This game is absolutely flawless. No glitches, no ‘BS’, no problems, just all fun."

Here's Why You Need to Play Battleblock Theater

Geraint at GameSpew.com writes: "From The Behemoth, creators of Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers, comes this little gem of a puzzle-platformer.

Having grown up on early-90s platformers like Commander Keen and Cosmo’s Cosmic Adventure, and playing both of The Behemoth’s previous titles, it seemed only a natural choice to pick up the fabulous Battleblock Theater.

The Behemoth have advanced their status in the gaming world by finally adding actual speech to their games instead of just speech bubbles filled with witticisms and exclamations. They have employed the voice talents of Will Stamper of Newgrounds, StamperTV and OneyCartoons. Here, he is the much-loved-and-loathed narrator."
