BioShock Infinite DLC: Why the delayed release is to Irrational’s credit

The extended wait for BioShock Infinite's DLC is because Irrational only started working on it after the main game had shipped. This is how most gamers want DLC to be handled, argues IncGamers' Peter Parrish. So let's give credit where it's due. (BioShock: Infinite, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Dlc dlc dlc. "Oh that`s a reason to go back and play the game, not because it`s any good. Ho-ha, mission accomplished (fission mailed)"

I mostly agree with you here, DLC has become the poo stained toilet paper stuck to a shoe of gaming, it tends to be embarrassing and smells bad. At least Levine didn't produce it side by side with the game to be held back though, these are efforts to do it right by expanding the world without pulling away from the game. Too bad most EVERY OTHER COMPANY does it wrong >:(

It worked in Dark Souls, but should have been free.
