Next Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Closed Beta Date Announced With No End Date in Sight

So far Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Beta Testers had to suffer from withdrawals during weekdays, as the beta has been open just during weekends. Looks like that inconvenient situation has come to an end, at least for now, as the next closed beta date has been announced. (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, PC, PS3, PS4)

The good thing is that there aren't even that many, for a beta.

There was a pretty bad one when I was playing a few weeks back. A quest was broken so that only one person could access it at any time and there was an actual line of people waiting to get to it

@thebigman

Yeah that was kinda funny. It got fixed pretty quick though.

Was very happy to see this in the beta forums. Hoping they'll be giving more time to play 3+ days would be sweet.

It would be nice if they could at least keep it running through Sunday.

Can't wait to play this for more than two days.

I'm lvl 27 THN/lvl 21 CNJ and I've finished the main story in the beta. I guess I might earn some more grand company seals and start a new job/class.

If they come out with the samurai class again I would be VERY happy but the summoner class is my 2nd favorite.

this game is VERY fun but damn it is look ROUGH on the ps3

should have made it a ps4 game

everything looks so blurry and jagged, distance objects popping in and that resolution, ouch, 544p

thankfully the pc version looks amazing, from what I've seen at least, but I wanted to play with a few co-workers on ps3, still might but it just looks so washed out

think they will be able to improve it at all?
Snookies12  +   532d ago
You do know it's cross play right? So even if you're on the PC version, you can play with PS3 players on the same realm. :]

ohhh.....sweet....really??

thanks man, no worries then, I think I get a month free when it goes live for buying the original on pc way back

that's freaking awesome!

And they already have plans to release it on ps4 as well.

I believe you do get time free as well for being an original buyer. No problem though, just trying to help. :]

Still a major bug that when npc's mouths move and dialogue boxes come up, they don't actually make any sound. Feels very 1990 Super Nintendo instead of a next gen mmo.
