Super Smash Bros Wii U: The Endless Roster

Gi - Super Smash Bros Wii U stars Mario, Megaman and Sonic. Let’s repeat that, Mario, Megaman and Sonic, will be in the same game. This is the potential future fans have to look forward to, and it is a wonderful one at that. With the announcement of Super Smash Bros Wii U (and 3DS) the internet has become a blaze with speculation as to who will grace the roster of the latest installment in the fighting game series. While some remain as fair guesses (using Nintendo’s long list of first-party titles) others hinge on a leap-of-faith or are simply so far in the pipe dream, not even a mushroom can save them (disregarding which company owns the character expressed as a potential roster candidate). Regardless of the actual odds of the character appearing, the roster guessing leads to some interesting speculations and long standing hopes and dreams of the gaming population at large.
