***Spoilers in the video*** This is the end for Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg as they play the game's prologue.
I think that for non-gamers (or casual gamers), it's pretty amazing that they were quickly able to pick up the theme that Naughty Dog set for the game. At the end of the video, Rogen says "Who's the real enemy?", and it shows the true power of the narrative in a sense that humans are just as dangerous as the infected, if not moreso. They were able to derive the theme of the game from just a 15 minute session. Good job Naughty Dog. P.S. Seth can be a bit obnoxious during the video at times.
Seth Rogen is always obnoxious
Those guys talked through all the meaningful dialogue. They didn't even know it was uncle Tommy. They kept saying his friend. I played this game by myself with the lights off and surround sound on my 65" TV. I didn't miss one bit of dialogue.Great game!
wasn't there a post recently where there was talk of rogen/goldberg writing an uncharted movie?
I think it would have been more entertaining for them to play a later section of the game, not just the intro. On a related note, I recommend playing at least some of the combat-heavy sections on easy (after you finished the game on a harder difficulty). I played through the last hospital section on easy just to show my wife the ending, and it's pretty entertaining to just run around top speed laying into soldiers with the axe, bashing faces with bricks and blasting guys at point blank range. Gives it a much more cinematic feel than the creeping, strangling, and sniping I did on my first playthrough.
Love Evans comment at the end, "Only the creators of Uncharted, would do something this F***d up." Rogen's alright his laugh is kind of grating, like Paulie Walnuts heh heh heh in Sopranos.
That laugh....man. I literally wrote the same thing you did before deleting it...
It really is irritating and he does it in every film.
Seth laughs at the most inappropriate times.
