There is a lot that goes into a big-budget title like the upcoming Call of Duty game from developer Infinity Ward. When dealing with a franchise as long-standing as Activision's Call of Duty franchise, however, developers need to ever challenge themselves to innovatelest the product go stale.
Daniel Suarez, VP of Production on the franchise, says innovationis exactly what's happening with Call of Duty: Ghosts.
the LAST great CoD game was 2009's MW2, after MW2 the series is continuing to lose quality especially with MW3, MW3 was very uninspired, super bland maps, lacked the original magic of CoD 4 and MW2 and felt rushed, BO1 was very good, the second one is decent but not as good as the first one, the series is obviously regressing BUT.....
im really looking forward for ghosts especially after hearing that IW is reborn and better than ever, it's also nextgen which is good, also i like the atmosphere of the game and that trailer soundtrack and the dog
i hope ghosts bring back CoD's Glory
Activision and the word innovation in the same line ...
LOL LOL LOL LOL Same crap every release since MW2 wow that is innovation for Actvision.. I wonder what they call if they really do something new..
IW hasn't innovated with CoD since MW1. MW2 was the peek of quality and ambition (particularly the multiplayer) and Treyarch just puts a slightly different spin on it
CoD is a solid franchise but nothing special as of late.
CoD, the game that hasn't innovated for a long time.
