Preview: Destiny | Stevivor

Steve Wright writes, "I’m not going to lie: when I saw more of Destiny at Sony’s E3 press conference this year, I got bored. It looked like another online shooter that was just as generic and uninspired as Titanfall and Defiance." (Destiny, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

This article is harsh. I think Destiny is more unique than this author seems to think.

- Travelling through our own solar system (can go to Mercury, Venus, Mars, the Moon, Jupiter, Saturn and probably more places)
- Vast open world FPS MMO (I guess PS2 does this, but PS2 is purely MP with very little story).
- Private vs. Public Spaces (I haven't heard of another game that does this)

and other features make Destiny a fresh change.
