Retro City Rampage adds mod support, 'Retro+' enhanced graphics

Joystiq:

'A new update for Retro City Rampage on PC adds mod support, allowing players to experience a small slice of creator Brian Provinciano's life by creating their own vehicles, characters, fonts and color palettes in the game. The update also includes an optional Retro+ mode, upping the visual fidelity with dynamic soft shadows and doubling the number of colors displayed on-screen at once.' (PC, Retro City Rampage)
