Ken McKown writes: This is the year of Luigi; at least that is what Nintendo claims. With New Super Mario Bros. U still being one of the sole reasons to own the big N’s new console, it is only fitting that Mario’s brother gets the respect he deserves. New Super Luigi U is really a first for Nintendo. This hefty DLC package basically re-skins the entire New Super Mario Bros. U experience, putting Luigi front and center. Those concerned that the same levels and challenges are just being recycled can lay those worries to rest; this is one expansion that delivers on its promise.
Gross-out humor, 80's CGI models, dance and rap numbers, and dubious imagery make up the weirdest of Nintendo commercials.
MyGaming: "DLC has rapidly grown in popularity over the last few years. So much so, that it wasn’t all that long ago that it was an oddity, a videogaming black sheep.
Now, DLC is everywhere, with almost every game released having some sort of DLC component.
But with so much DLC releasing of late and so much to choose from, how do you tell which is the best? Which DLC is actually worth the purchase?
How about we take a look at some of the best DLC released thus far."
Our third day of our Week of Mario Mods is centered around the New Super Mario Bros. series!
