Sector 7-4-9er Review - XCLANN

The game play is reminiscent of Astrowars and other games of that nature. You control using the left analogue stick and fire your magic mining bullets with the right. Firing will reduce your energy, so you’d better hope you find some energy crystals as you go along while trying to avoid the various alien species floating around. Some of which can be exceedingly frustrating, like the little orange twerps that smash into your ship at high speed if you so much as breathe near them. The game reminds you that you are a miner, so for the most part combat with the aliens is useless and dangerous, but when you’re being attacked by them every few seconds without any legitimate form of self defence it seems a little unfair. Don’t tell me I can’t fight then fill the entire map with enemies that want nothing more than to turn me into rubble. (Tag Invalid, Xbox 360) 7.3/10
