Bungie confirms Vanguard as a playable character in their upcoming title Destiny.

I'm guessing it could be one of the classes, like in Mass Effect how the Vanguard was part Biotic, part soldier.
In this one it could be part Titan, part warlock....however I would like it if it was a mix between warlock and hunter.
Here is a theory what if the vanguard is a fraction or guild you know sorta like how oblivion had the fighters guild
