Bobby King and the Pinball Arcade on PS4, What Everyone Wants to Know

Nick K writes:
"Previously, on PSNStores, we were told by a Sony representative manning the Pinball Arcade PS4 kiosk that it would be Cross-Buy entitled alongside purchases of the PS3 and Vita versions. Our readers and Pinball Arcade fans alike demanded we take the post down because it was not true according to a response by a Pinball Arcade Facebook account.

I emailed FarSight Studios and got in touch with Mike Lindsey, User Community Manager at FarSight Studios. He hit up Bobby King, president and co-founder of FarSight Studios, to give us and our readers the best possible answer they can at such an early stage of development on PS4." (Dev, Next-Gen, PS Vita, PS3, PS4, The Pinball Arcade)

I am looking forward to The Pinball Arcade on PS4, but I'm worried about it's success with both early adopters coming from PS3 or not, and if they decide to charge full price for these tables after I've already spent full price on them once.

Though, I'm reminded of a tweet from Bobby Loertscher from Zen Studios where she said she was receiving emails from people asking why they couldn't download all other version of Zen Pinball 2 on a different platform than the one they bought it on. They would buy on Steam and can't download on mobile or on PlayStation 3/Xbox 360.

Is it fair of us to EXPECT FarSight Studios to give us every version of the game after we've bought it once? IMO, no. Completely unfair. Cross-Buy has spoiled us. Both Steam Play and PSN are to blame!

Yeah, let's buy the same game multiple times even though it costs nothing extra to deliver a digital product to a person who already bought it. You think they lose money when they give give you the Vita version after you bought it onPS3? No, its already up and available, and when a game sucks like Pinball Arcade, the least they can do to give incentive is offer two versions of crap instead of one. I may buy one version but few buy multiple, so the free incentive outweighs potential loss

I hope the 3D is 1080p and doesn't add any input lag.

These PS4 tables had better have unbelievable graphics in order for me to re-purchase the game. It shouldn't be too hard, considering they only have to render one table and a room.
