My first impression of Element4l was that of an incredibly generic indie 'art game', in which the main focus was the artistic styling of the game. Usually in such games, the game-play takes second field and I'm left with a feeling of disappointment. Element4l couldn't be farther from that if it tried. Utilising an interesting mechanic which has you changing between four elements, each with their own attributes in order to solve puzzles sounds simple – and it is – but that doesn't make Element4l an easy game.
The free PlayStation Plus games for July are Until Dawn and Game of Thrones. Also included are Tokyo Jungle, Darkstalkers Resurrection, Element4l, and Don’t Die, Mr. Robot.
Additionally, from July 4 through October 24 all PlayStation Plus members can get That’s You in celebration of PlayLink’s launch. That’s You sets you off on a journey of discovery with up to five of your friends and family, where you can find out what you really think about each other.
Until Dawn, nice. Too bad I already own it, but a must play for others. I guess I will pick up Game of Thrones.
Great month and i'm glad to see Until Dawn since Asia got it a few months back.

Glad to hear it. I knew this game was going to be great, and I can't wait to finally play it.
Element4l is a beautifully conceived platformer that presents a charming experience with a few flaws that ruin the game's flow. The challenge was borderline frustrating at times which sat in contrast to the artistic charm of its presentation. It's a game I want to like more than I do, but it's current issues prevent me from truly enjoying it.
Sounds interesting, but probably not going to tempt me as it does sound kinda frustrating. I may give it a look if its on sale sometime.. Great read for the review though!
Sounds like a game I'd check out if it were super cheap, but definitely worth a look
