This morning Tekken producer, Katsuhiro Harada tweeted: "If the number of downloads of PS3 becomes large, I'll port to Vita."
Sure, why not? Who would say no? If u have multiple psn accounts, keep re-downloading it (and cancel so it's in your download list instead of having to physically re-download every time) so that we can get this Vita version!!!!
Spread the word ;)
Please...PLEASE Harada! I never been so much happy if Tekken is coming to my Vita
That is such a crummy way to exploit Harada's faith. XD But I still get a feeling like if you just spread the word on it being a good game (on top the fact it's free to play and dl anyway), you're doing a better job of helping him out anyway.
He probably doesn't even read english. he will never see what I wrote. Now get to downloading, dammit, we need to see a vita version pronto!
well the games file size is pretty big as it is, so i dont really think too many people would even bother downloading it more than once,
TR is already past 10k downloads in just over a week. I don't think even Journey moved that fast, but then again TR is free.
Ummm, didn't Journey have over 1 million downloads in just a week? E: hmmm can't find a link so I could be wrong.
Its a F2P game so its not a lot.
Free to play, so... why not? :p Bonus points if they make it cross-compatible with PS3 online.
so, the free to play aspect is awesome, but does anyone know if a person could actually purchase the entire game at a normal price? free to play has been greattt, but im ready to move to the full blown experience. oh, and also, can you unlock heihachi in the game or through download? my main right there.
The only thing you can purchase with money are battle tokens. I'm not sure if Heihaci is playable but I know you unlock fighters by getting more gift points. So get to fighting and find out.
bahahaha can do man.
nop u cant unlock Heihachi other than the 8 chars u get at the start u can unlock at random 4 others, those r Steve, Leo, Alisa & Bryan that's it for now I hope we will see more char's in the future I want Jin, Nina & Yoshimitsu damn it :/
I hope they port it to the Vita that D-pad was made for Tekken ;)
i want a full tekken game !!!!!!!!!!!
I hope it gets enough download to warrant a vita ver. I'm having fun with TR on ps3, I'll enjoy it on the vita too if possible.
Wish it had more modes tired of playing arcade mode
don't bother yourself with the arcade mode, it's as good as useless. Play the online modes.
a port would be awesome
Tekken Revolution is alright as F2P but I'd prefer a full-blown title for Vita.
If i can use my ps3 characters with the vita version Yes do it. Tekken on the go is a nice idea
Any games for vita are welcome. Heck at this point in time I would take some stupid cooking mama or something like that. Anything that builds the install base. Two problems with Vita: Price of memory- I know its proprietary but I could get a 1TB for my PS3 or even a 250GB SSD for my laptop for cheaper than a 32GB memory card for my Vita. Lack of first party titles: .No gran turismo .No infamous .Killzone is here and looks great .Uncharted was here good game completed it still yet to platinum like I have with the uncharted trilogy on PS3 and where's the MP? .Not enough new IP's
Been wanting a Tekken on the Vita for a while now. Playing the PSP Tekken 6 just isn't cutting it anymore.
Tekken Tag 2 on PS Vita first with crossplay with PS3 with/or cross save with PS3. I already have PS3 of TTT2. I wouldn't mind spending for PS Vita version.
Id rather you put some effort into an original Tekken game like the 3DS instead of a crummy PS3 port. Is it so wrong, after a year, to want new games on the Vita ? And no, PS3 - PSV simultaneous game release is not what i want either. Why even pick up a game when it's on the more widely sold console ? Dammit Sony, i want the games to justify my Vita purchase. Why would i re-purchase games for my Vita ? Sony is sitting on a goldmine of older IPs they could bring over to the PSV as sequels or spin-offs. The worst part about all this is that almost all Vita owners are so starved for games, they're perfectly content with indie-ports and PS3 ports.
full vita version wanted...buy this will do in the meantime.
