The Retro League Episode 186 :The PlayStation is dead, long live the PlayStation

This week on The Retro League we look at the death of the original PlayStation and the birth of a new one. Will this next generation of consoles bring us any new retro gaming goodies? Is that last question an oxymoron? Why are Game Gear games 3 different prices on the Virtual Console? Do we really need another Wolfenstein reboot? Why are the final PlayStation releases so terrible? We don't have all the answers but we're giving it our best try on this episode. (Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, E3, Killer Instinct, PlayStation, PS3, PS4, Retro, Super Smash Bros., Thief (2014), Wii U, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Xbox 360, Xbox One)
