At E3 2013, Microsoft Studios' Dave McCarthy previewed the new Project Spark Xbox One and Windows 8 game in this exclusive interview.
This game looks really neat! I just hope it isn't limited by things like enemy types and all that. At the E3 demo, all we saw pretty much were the goblin monsters used multiple times.
I'm sure at launch they'll have way more enemy variants. It would be cool if you could make your own enemy types.
Sort of like Spore's creature creator. A finite set of assets that can be altered significantly to allow for near infinite variety. Even a minor color, asseccory, etc pool could be great.
Looks interesting a bit dated but interesting, I think I'll have to actually play it to get a feel for it
This game is free to play ^('.')^ woot
I need it!!!
Free to play and also opens up creativity for gamers to share (if they buy an Xbone.
Or if they own a computer...like most people.
This game looks like a lot of fun. I'll be downloading it the day it releases. Until then, here's...well, the same game. http://www.gameglobe.com/
Thanks for the link. Project Spark is basically a more powerful version of Kodu which is technically available already as well. It looks more open to new ideas too which is nice but both use similar mechanics and allows for on console 'game' creating. Granted none of these were first to try it as even last gen and before there were a few (rpg maker for example I believe). Its just with better networking sharing is easier so better market for them.
Thanks for the info. :)
