The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld Nintendo's victory in a patent-infringement case brought against Nintendo by IA Labs CA, LLC.

The story is too old to be commented.

"Federal jury awards former Sony veteran $30.2 million in damages; Nintendo says verdict will not impact 3DS sales.
Nintendo has been found guilty in a patent infringement lawsuit relating to the 3DS. As reported by Reuters, a federal jury Wednesday awarded former longtime Sony inventor Seijiro Tomita $30.2 million in compensatory damages. The patent in question relates to technology Tomita created for developing 3D images without the need for 3DS glasses."

please understand you are so typical and predictable. why?

At least they didn't have to pay as much as Sony had to when they lost their patent-infringement case.

Funny how you bring up one blip on the radar for Nintendo.....out of the 100's upon 100's of cases they won. And do you honestly believe Nintendo will not go to appeals court in that case? The chances of someone winning against Nintendo are slim and not worth the time and effort.

Its also funny how you assume I'm a fanboy from such a small post.....obviously your looking to instigate trouble. We all know about people who assume to much! Anyway, back to reality were people don't judge others based on videogame websites and comments,LOL!
