Dungeons and Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara (XBLA) Review | C.O.G.

The team at C.O.G. takes this classic arcade beat-’em-up adaptation of Wizards of the Coast’s pen-and-paper RPG for a spin and walk away impressed.

When I first started writing about games, I took it upon myself to sample titles that were out of my comfort zone, or games from before my time. As a product of the 90′s (did I really just refer to myself as a product?), the golden age of arcade beat ‘em ups is something of a mystery to me. By the time I was spending days at the local mall, arcade games had essentially become a thing of the past, unless you didn’t mind losing a few quarters to the local Dance Dance Revolution hustlers (and yes, those do exist). (Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360) 85/100
