Call of Duty Ghosts PS4 No. 3; Xbox One No. 4 pre-order at retailer

Pre-order sales for Activision Blizzard Inc.’s Call of Duty: Ghosts for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 4 and Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One ranked in the top five sales at Best Buy Co. Inc. due to building demand. (Call of Duty: Ghosts, PS4, Xbox One)

wow never thought I'd see a PS COD pre-order ahead of an Xbox pre-order.

Did it change in a day? The Xbox One was just number 8? While the PS4 is number 3. ( At Best Buy like story above is talking about ).

Not interested in this game at all but if it is in one of my friends share library, I might be willing to play it just to see what is the fuss is all about.
BlackTar187  +   388d ago
you have to ask yourself why does 10 friend sharing sound to good to be true?
No_Limit  +   388d ago
Because it was already confirmed that it is a feature on the Xbox One from multiple sources within MS already. Of course final details are not clear yet but what we already know is this:

1. The license owner of the game can play his/her games at anytime.

2. 10 family members/friends can be added to your family circle and they can be 3000 miles away and don't have to be related to you.

3. Only one person from your family list can play your share library at a time.

Now, it is not clear if that other person can play the same game as you concurrently or just another game from your library. I really don't care if it is concurrent or not as I can be playing Killer Instict 3 and my other friend can check out Forza 5 if he like.

All i have to respond to you is this

"Of course final details are not clear yet "

there is a reason you do not know the exact fine details. You know if this was all 100% consumer awesome it would be finalized and the whole world whould know its details. You have to ask yourself why the carrot on a stick routine for this Percieved awesome feature.

you also have to understand why kill used games when this it sef will lose more money for a company. I know my used game isn't sold 10x and if by chance one is its one not them all.

I mean really MS has been screwing over te consumer left and right yet you still hold out hope for a program that basically kills all the anti used game profits for devs. You celebrate it without in your own words"Of course final details are not clear yet "

think about it. take a step back and think about it.

Fair point, if I am wrong, I am wrong and I'll get a PS4 instead. But if it is true then I really have no need for a PS4 until Uncharted 4 comes out. I mean, com on, even you got to admit, if it is true, then that is a killer feature for any console.

im nto saying im not getting the new xbox. Im just saying the carrot on the stick is starting to become very clear lately. If i somehow don't get the new xbox it will be my first gen not owning all the systems since atari.

Im just not getting launch due to the restrictions but mostly i just had a kid and the video game time is all but gone :(

Titanfall looks DOPE and love Dead rising games.

C-Thunder  +   388d ago
It does look good, but I can't imagine anyone tired of COD not looking at TitanFall and seeing anything other than COD with Mechs.
ZBlacktt  +   388d ago
You know what this also says? That gamers do not mind at all to pay for the PS Plus. Which is a win win for all because of all the free content you get as well.
mirroredge  +   388d ago
But in the end everything will be changed

So my hopes of this franchise phasing out is unlikely?.
