What do you expect from a guy who played FM5 and called it a simulator lol...
People need to learn that FM is not a simulator.

EDIT: @OVOXO_Mike
FM3/4 has Permanent Driving Aid - Active Steering which you can not turn off (even of simulation mode)...
This was posted in Forza official forums.

http://www.youtube.com/watc...

Plus the the reallife track in FM are wider for better online gameplay (nurburgring)... Here we are talking about Driving physics (over and under steer of each car.) Not customization or AutoVista...

Forza is a Arcade racing game (that doesn't mean its a bad game)... FM5 looks great i really like the onboard reflection (reminds me ob Shift2). But looking at the wheel gamplay video it shows how the car takes corners with little to no breaking...

Forza is a simulator. What are you talking about? What about it doesn't make it a simulator? The customization, way better visuals and sounds, Autovista? Please tell me

Erm... i didnt play forza 4 too much...

but here's an honest opinion about F4.

The cars with all aids off ( just in case someone tell me i have driving aids on ) handles corners like race cars... there's just too much grip for a normal road car... taking corners are too easy...

the joy of driving in GT5 is actually counter steering.. the danger of car the spinning out... actually feel the weight of the car shifting as it turns in corners etc..

My opinion of people who say Forza are superior are the same actual people who thinks they qualify to drive in an F1 car just because the can win races in codemasters f1 games.

I win races with williams on the hardest difficulty levels on the f1 games.. but i know for a fact... F1 cars are much harder to control... they are very twitchy.. a slight mistake, and you end up hitting the barriers. Hell, some people might even having problem to move the car forward without stalling. cough Top Gear cough

Edit : i also wanna add.. F4 feels pretty close to NFS Shift. WHich isnt bad... they have that simulation feel to it... but not too real... in terms of simulating the weight shifts, ridiculous speeds on tight corners... lack of understeer whatsoever. so its a little more accessible.

The issue I have with all videos of gt6 at this moment in time is none of them have other cars on the track and this worries me as gt5 ran fine with no cars on the track but as soon as cars were added that is when we saw the frame drops. I want to see cars on the track before I pickup gt6 because with all the faults gt5 had this is the one that stops me from playing it as it really spoilt the game.

Looks good on the videos I've seen so far though but I need to see it with cars on the track before I can say I really want this game.

In GT5 with 16 cars on track FPS dropped From 60 to 40-45. you can not 100% notice that....

GuyThatPlaysGames1073d ago

If you can't notice a drop from 60 to 40, then you don't need to be playing videogames.

mcstorm1073d ago

Yes you can notice it play its a racing game so it should be 60fps. Although pg did well at making horizon 30fps without to much notice but my point is that a racing game should never drop its fps as it really impacts on the game. If you don't notice it I agree with the ovox.

Yeah, um... dunno what the guy was looking at. He starts talking about "braking points" and how they're not noticeable... in a turn that isn't a braking point. Then he's too busy talking about how they didn't find a better driver to note that, oh, there's some rubber on the tarmac in that turn right there.

Way to blow that bit of commentary.

Track looks awesome, by the way. I'd like to take an R33 around it a few times.
