Kotaku - Ubisoft is committed to making a new Assassin's Creed game every year and is determined not to see the series collapse from franchise fatigue. How?

Wow,3 more games in development and AC4 isn't even released.

should have put AC to rest and focused on WD and the Division, the E3 demo was the same old sneak and assassinate.

I'm guessing one of them is a new Vita title... The other 2 though? I have no idea... Like you said, they haven't even gotten AC4 out yet.

This is ridiculous...and Prince of Persia 2008 series is left still with a MASSIVE CLIFFHANGER.

Come on Ubisoft

Hell AC4 could of easily been a new IP, you guys wanted to use the ship combat after AC3 so you should of created a new Pirate game. Don't see the point of it being called AC4 when it dosen't really push the series forward....<spoiler>.... .Juno is free surely AC4-6 should of been about trying to stop her.

how about make a new innovation IP instead of milking the AC franchise

Ubi did make some new IPs.

Watch_Dogs, The Division and The Crew all say hello. All three of those games look absolutely awesome, and you don't know that those Ubisoft teams aren't developing other projects on the side. Rainbow 6 was just revealed as a next-gen game yesterday as well.

6 games in one generation is far, far too much. It's a shame to see such a great game milked on such a scale

I love the AC games. I love the loose yet believable historical tie ins. However, it's gotta take a break. Work on some ground breaking tech for AC before the next release.
