The xbox one is t the only console running this game at e3 and it does have dx-11 capabilities. Look at the video it clearly says xbox one e3 demo.

When BF3 was announced exclusively as a DX11 game for the PC, console fans laughed while saying that they can count with with their hands the number of DX11 games out there.

When, PS4 and XBox One were announced, console fans seem to forget that DX11 exist on the PC too. Or the explosion of games supporting DX11 after BF3.

Both next gen consoles have directx11.1. Sony has improved it, think about that. I have the source.

"The PS4 sees Sony move to a 64-bit x86 chip architecture, which will be music to the ears of developers, especially those used to working on PC games. The good news doesn’t stop there, though. Developers will be able to take advantage of Microsoft’s latest industry standard DirectX API — DirectX 11.1, but Sony has taken the time to improve upon it, pushing the feature set beyond what is available for PC games development."

Now I understand why Kojima said that the next gen Version of Metal gear Solid V would look better than the PC Version they showed on E3. If they use the console resources for best optimisation, they will get stunning results, while PC's resources are for Multitasking.
