E3 2013: Battlefield 4 Multiplayer Hands-On | Videogamer

VG - What I find most impressive about Battlefield 4 - beyond the marvelous new destruction tech, the introduction of 60FPS to the next-gen console versions, and the revival of Commander Mode - is that DICE has somehow managed to create a map with 63 other players running around it feel spacious. Perched atop a skyscraper overlooking Shanghai, the playable area appears to go on for miles. Off in the distance, you can hear the booms of tanks volleying shells at one another, and see the opposing assault choppers perform some type of aerial ballet between the courtyards and high rises beneath you. (Battlefield 4, E3, PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

re-bought MW3 yesterday because I wanted a shooter to play.

Played 2-3 hours.

Took it back again about an hour ago for a brand new copy of Battlefield 3.

I've never played a Battlefield game and downloading the update as I type this.

I'm just ready for a different FPS experience and all MW3 gave me was near instant deaths from crappy spawns and a tiny glimpse of fun.

I had been playing Planetside 2 for a while and just having the more open environments made me appreciate and want it once I re-starting playing MW again.

I'm looking forward to BF4....not so much COD Ghosss

I seem to do better in a duty game and have more fun with it. In Battlefield I spawn move to the action then get sniped not good times foe me

I'm gonna buy the crap out of this game and then buy it again.

any idiot that thinks this is BF3.5 needs to get their brain scanned for abnormalities.... the ONLY thing this has in common with BF3 is that it looks alittle similiar.. there's a WHOLE LONG LIST of changes, improvements, upgrades and new items that make BF4 leaps and bound different and better from BF3...

yes but sadly most of that should have been in bf3 from the start and is now in bf4 that is why people call it bf3.5 .

All hoping for is that they fix hit detection lag. I loved bf3 but the lag got to the point that it was unacceptable after been released for so long
