yea but 90% consist of you just swiping your finger or tapping finger across the screen and blocking part of the screen.

They are lame for the most part.

Im sorry i have an ipad and i use it for everything. But i cant game on it unless its like an endless runner or puzzle game. These devices wont ever replace my 3ds or vita.

I agree I have a surface and in a way this can replace a hand held console because you can add a controller to it but that is to much to carry around and I still don't think the quality and depth of games on tablets match what we have on the 3ds and psv.

The facts are here people. They have made more money and sold even more hardware amid the smartphone popularity. 5.5 million 3DS's sold in Japan in 2012 is a (one calendar year) record for any console before it. Wow! Go Nintendo.

Japan sure loves their handhelds.

I don't think smartphones are a threat to handhelds. There are hardly any core games out there for smartphones. From my experience, mobile games are mostly for the casuals who enjoy playing Facebook games. They don't really play core games that can be found on handhelds.

Different devices for different audience.
