Xbox Live Gold Price Frozen At $5 In The US

Official Xbox Magazine: ''Microsoft's Marc Whitten has written a letter to Xbox gamers, in which he reveals all the things we just saw at the E3 conference, completely undermining the hour we just spent watching and writing it up. Including the $5 a month if you sign up for a one-year membership.''

The story is too old to be commented.

he reveals that Xbox Live Gold's $5 a month fee has been frozen, providing you sign up for a one-year membership.

So it wont go up IF you sign up for 1 year , does this mean that it could raise in price in the near future for those who don't buy a whole year?

if anyones planning to get the one, now it the time to stock up on gold memberships. before the price goes up.

Doesn't stop it from going up later. Once the TV/cable integration is part of the system.

You know. All that stuff they apparently wasted a press conference showing?
